No more wars.  No more pandemics.  America can't fix the World on its own.

The neo-con wet dream of remaking the World in America's image is a failure.  Ironically, validating American Exceptionalism.

Woodrow Wilson attempted to make the World safe for democracy.  The World got hosed by the Britain and France in the Treaty of Versailles and the Sykes-Picot agreement.  Europe used Woodrow Wilson and America to make more of the World safe for British and French imperialism.

Point would have some merit, if we were sure we'd win.  This military's leadership's desire is for DEI, Environmental Impact analyses, and other many  woke agendas?  The mission is now secondary.

Looks to me like Xi is trying to help his puppet get re-elected.

He sees how China Joe is being pushed down in the polls
by voters blaming him for letting Russia invade Ukraine,
and doesn't want to push Joe farther down in the polls
by voters blaming him for letting China invade Taiwan.
