Reminds me back when I supported around 30 machines that were not networked and I had to change my passwords on each one of them every 30 days. Networking them sure made it a lot easier for me. If it was 300 machines, I would've found another job.
Exactly right... My kid used an Arduino concoction to get around resetting/updating 300 Droid tablets.... It was such a drag.... He saved himself a whole bunch of time, but even with that, had to set them up 25 at a time, and have the Arduino rub em off, fire em back up and go through the preliminary stuff to get them restored and updated....
Even 25 at a time was arduous. And maintaining 25 thumbs to correctly do the work was equally arduous in and of itself.... Worth doing, but still. And that in a pure Google environment, which is pretty good to work with.
Folks don't often think of that angle.
